Basic up keep of 120 resident units and common areas. Must have drywall patching, sanding, and painting skills. Basic electrical and plumbing skills. 12v landscape lighting throughout property as well as irrigation system. Pressure washing pavers and hallways. Exterior painting and occasionally patching stucco. Basic pool maintenance on two small fountains as well as up keep on our koi pond.
