Responsible for providing administrative and office support for an extremely large department or providing support for multiple department managers and/or department directors. Duties include answering the telephone, fielding calls, greeting and directing customers in a professional manner, and a wide variety of general office duties and special projects. Position may supervise other administrative and clerical support staff for a department or departments. This position performs advanced computer skills. Maintains a thorough understanding of the content of each director's job and overall department operations. - Require three (3) years of secretarial experience. - Prefer ability to work independently and shift priorities with flexibility. - Prefer ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Prefer ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Prefer demonstrated competency in commonly used computer applications and office equipment, including Intranet and Internet. - Prefer professional secretary certification (CPS) or an Associate degree. Facility Maintenance
Basic up keep of 120 resident units and common areas. Must have drywall patching, sanding, and painting skills. Basic electrical and plumbing skills. 12v landscape lighting throughout property as well as irrigation system. Pressure washing pavers and hallways. Exterior painting and occasionally patching stucco. Basic pool maintenance on two small fountains as well as up keep on our koi pond.

Dietary Cook
The Dietary Cook is responsible for regularly communicating with the Dietary Manager, Administrator and other staff for exchange of information. Directs outside vendors supplying such items as food, chemicals and equipment and carefully inspects and approves work and deliveries before authorizing payment for services. Ensures that adequate equipment, in compliance with all infection control guidelines and in good repair, is available at all times. Follows and prepares meals according to menu and recipes.- Must have training in CPR and Heimlich maneuver.- Facilitates food service functions in an assisted living facility. Ensures the kitchen and dining room is clean and sanitary according to rules, regulations and facility guidelines.- Able to stand and walk entire shift. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend stoop, pull, and twist. Able to drive, shop and transport groceries. Able to perform all food preparation, service, and sanitation functions for demonstration purposes and assist staff as necessary.

Caregiver
The Caregiver will assist residents with their activities of daily living and provide other support duties as directed by the Administrator or Nurse. -Must be able to assist residents with transfers. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. -Must be able to assist and supervise residents with their activities of daily living to include transferring, bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, medication assistance, and toileting. Must monitor residents' physical and health care needs and document in the communication log daily, notify the administrator and nurse of all concerns. Must have basic computer skills for word processing. Must receive and direct visitors professionally and courteously within appropriate hospitality guidelines. Must be able to prioritize activities and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have communication skills in the predominant language of the property. Must demonstrate competence in serving the needs of aged and chronically ill residents. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Full-time, part-time, or temporary. Days, Evenings, and Nights. -Duties will require movement throughout the building and grounds.

Activities Assistant
Report to Activities Director regularly. Assist Activities Director with planned/scheduled resident activities throughout day. Assist with escorting residents to and from activities. Maintains pleasant and pleasing environment in Activities Room. Ability to work well with people. Assists in coordination, facilitation, and quality of the Activities Enrichment Program. Ability to implement the goals of the Program. Remain positive, friendly, and outgoing throughout entire shift. Able to move throughout the facility independently, able to stand and walk entire shift as necessary. Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; bend, stoop, pull, and twist.
